We offer two forms of support, depending on the product you have purchased

For SKM-Cirrus and CAVU support (consumer/small business products):

Option 1:   go to www.cavu.me and submit your support issue on the support contact form

Option 2:   email your support issue to: (put the product name in the subject line)

(Upon receipt of your email, a ticket number will be issued and your request will enter the queue for our consumer/small business technical support team. Depending upon the queue, your request can take up to 24-48 hours).

For all other products including; SKM-Stratus and related modules (commercial/enterprise/government products):

Press "2" for our technical support center and you will be connected with the next available Technical Support Engineer (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, EST)

Option 2:   by email 

Please send us your SKM support files from your system via email in advance of calling us and opening a support ticket.

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, EST.  If you are a current reseller and require after-hours and weekend technical support for your customer and can not wait till the next business day, you must be under warranty or a current maintenance agreement.  If you are not under warranty or a maintenance plan, you will be invoiced per hour with a four (4) hour minimum.
